This is the first Loscil album that really grabbed me, and while I enjoy some of his other albums quite a bit too, I frequently return to Endless Falls. It’s great background music when reading.

Definitely a masterpiece, especially "Dub For Cascadia." That's the first Loscil track I'd ever heard and it still haunts me.

for me Plume is still the best Loscil record. endless falls has some pretty intense tracks on it, too. first I thought the vocal part in "The Making of Grief Point" sucks. after a few times of listening I began to like it in some way. I still think its annoying for some reason, but some party really make me think. and thats a cool thing. bla bla. Im writing like shit is interesting for everyone, so better quit now...

Actually, I turned the album into a Spotify playlist, specifically excluding The Making of Grief Point as for me the speaking disrupts the flow of things - especially when using the album as background music as I read. Reading your remarks though, I’m thinking I might go back and listen to that track sometime - just not when I’m reading ;)
