Biography
Mother of three Lyric McFarland names her children as her driving force to achieve music success. Her love of family sees her work in the family owned travel agency by day, but it's by night that she follows her dreams of a full time music career. For the past five years Lyric and her band ‘Brown Sugar’ have secured a Friday night residency at Sydney’s Hilton Hotel Marble Bar.
In addition to this they perform regularly around the city and at corporate functions. She has many musical heroes, but cites Gwen Stefani as her favourite for her ability to successfully achieve an international music career while managing a family
