Biography
Marshall McLaughlin was raised in rainy, yet beautiful Tacoma, Washington. After completing a hugely successful full length home recording with his rock "band" Wookie Pussy, he and his bandmate Jeremy threw their guitars out the window and started writing gay hip hop songs. Assuming the monikers Sweaty Meat Flaps (Marshall) and Dr. Cock (Jeremy) they formed the duo Aesthetically Pleasing.
After recording a handful of songs and a couple of maddening months attempting to book shows, they decided their first show ever should be a Battle of the Bands. A half hour of mock humping, bad dancing, even worse rapping and some awesome nudity later, they were sure they'd lose. A week or so later, they got the phone call and they had won first place? Indeed. Their prize was eight hours of studio time which they used to record their one and only full length: Gippetophile.
After the release of Gippetophile, they beefed up their line up with a gorgeous female singer and played a handful of woefully under attended but very inspired shows but Dr. Cock just didn't have his heart in it anymore. He threw his microphone out the window and broke up Aesthetically Pleasing forever. This threw Sweaty Meat Flaps into a bitter, drunken rage. He eventually decided the best thing to do would be to start anew in a fresh place.
While saving up money and deciding where to move, he started writing new songs that were uglier and noisier than anything he'd ever written. At the same time, he immersed himself in the internet. During his immersion he met Jumpy, an aspiring rapper from New York. After talking and trading beats, they decided to form Rape Dawn Chong using the beats Marshall had written. The problem was they lived across the country from each other so they couldn't practice or play any shows. During this time Marshall met Mark Gajadhar who plays drums for The Blood Brothers. They formed Private Party with Rudy Gajadhar and Joe Howard. They wrote five songs and played one show before disbanding.
A year later, Rape Dawn Chong remained inactive. A short time after that, a weird yet wonderful coincidence occurred. Marshall ended up moving to snowy, yet beautiful New Hartford, Connecticut to live with his beautiful girlfriend/back up singer Jennymonster. Rape Dawn Chong played one show at a hip hop art museum in Queens where they melted face and ripped skulls but after six months of waiting and severe miscommunication, Marshall decided to take his beats and go solo.
Under the moniker MC Vagina, he flew home and recorded his solo debut: Semen Is Believin with engineer extraordinaire Jason Evans. Now that he has his demo finished he is unstoppable and on the verge of world domination. He is currently booking shows all over the northeast and shopping Semen Is Believin to labels upon labels. He wishes to be bigger than God and more important than water.
