dodo hug aka. mad dodo has a charming relationship with all kinds of muses, and fortunately has sufficient elan, charm, verve and enthusiasm to bewitch us anew with old novelties and new oldies; to whisper to us, to coo, squeal with pleasure, yodel, purr, swing, beguile us and make us smile. Multilingual! Multifaceted! Multitalented! the typical multimagpie, as madâme has recently been referring to herself. Madâme dodo as part of a trio, with the Sardinian musician Efisio Contini (who has been her partner on stage and in life for many years), and with Colombian multiinstrumentalist Augusto Salazar, lets songs and chansons, along with her traditional short comic interludes, fly from her secret aviary through cabaret and concert halls all over Europe.
