1. What is Maradona? Is it doom? No! Is it jazz? No! Is it doomjazz? No! Maradona is a religious shrine made of garbage. It is the finger of Dìos, the noise in your toilet, a sonic shit tsunami in the dark.

2. Maradona is a five piece pop-punk band from the music-rich town of Tallahassee, Florida. Born of the minds of Tony and Lauren, the band has expanded to include Brett on bass, Adam on drums, and the guitar skills of Arnold to round out their upbeat sound. While most people would think that a band comprised of former members of metal and hardcore bands (Arnold of I Left My Heart in Montauk, Adam of In City Lights) and current members of a hardcore band (Tony and Brett of No Excuses, Tony and Adam of Heavyweights) would be anything but upbeat and catchy, they have yet to catch wind of the powerful sound of Maradona, who keep the pop pedigree of Tallahassee thriving. Driven by the versatile vocals of Lauren, driving guitars, and a straightforward, unapologetic work ethic to be the best at what they do, Maradona is out to get heads turning and toes tapping.
