Materia (Prisma) is the eighth studio album by Italian singer-songwriter Marco Mengoni, released by Sony Music Italy on 26 May 2023 as the final installment of the Materia trilogy, which consists of three separately-released albums: Materia (Terra), Materia (Pelle), and Materia (Prisma). Digital editions of the Prisma album include all songs from the Terra and Pelle albums as bonus tracks.
Each of the three Materia albums revolves around one of the central themes of Mengoni's personal musical journey throughout his career. Thematically Prisma is about the artist's self-reflection; musically it is a pop record merging an array of musical styles.
The album peaked at number one of the Italian Albums Chart, becoming Marco Mengoni's sixth album to top the chart.
