Biography
Maria was born in the small town of New Boston, Michigan. She got her first guitar as a Christmas present in 2006 from her dad, and wasn't really expecting to learn to play at all. Since her dad had played guitar already,she figured it was just a present for him. However, that present changed her life forever. Since then, she has written many songs and played at local coffee houses, hookah lounges, radio stations, and even featured on some hip hop tracks with producer and aspiring recording artist, Klass Witta K.
Her music style is definitely different. It is a unique mix of Taylor Swift and Colbie Caillait, but she is not a country singer. To really explain how her music is, you just have to listen to it for yourself. She writes in a range from getting heart broken to the complex changes of the world. Her music is pretty upbeat and the melodies usually catch really well with the shows she has done so far!
