Biography
In mid 2008, Andy Gaines decided to bring his old band, Blueswood Fiction, back to life. To his core trio of himself on guitar and vocals, Nick Iverson's guitar virtuosity, and Ryan Shaw's fluid bassosity, he added Mitch Haldeman, a funky young thunder god. Of course, this wasn't Blueswood Fiction anymore.
It was new. Reborn.
Enter Martingale. Best describing themselves as progressive folk rock, Martingale aims to re-invent and re-imagine everything you've ever heard.
They're building up momentum.
And inertia is a most powerful force.
