'MC Smalley' is from Prestolee in Bolton, Greater Manchester in the UK. George Smalley was only 11 years old when his track "That's My Name" took off in schools across the UK. Nowadays, he goes by the name Smallz, and is still releasing music under this alias. His album Bud Birds & Blues was released in 2020.
