Biography
Mr. Tyson aka DJ ear.2.ear (n. Steve Tyson), began experimenting with producing, mixing, and spinning since youth, but didn’t actively pursue it until he attended Franklin & Marshall College. Alongside his partner in rhyme TRE dMC (n. David Dennis), they have won a variety of open mics and hip-hop competitions, as well as opened for hip-hop icon Talib Kweli, and other acts including The Spooks, Dana Leong and many more. In 2006, Mr. Tyson established the independent music imprint JusListen Entertainment. His debut LP “The Virtuous Lyricist” was released on November 11, 2008. The collaborative mixtape from Mr. Tyson & TRE dMC "JusListen Ent. presents… The Awakening" was released June 9, 2009. Mr. Tyson's second mixtape "Let The Story Begin" was released in 2010, and the "Welcome To My World" mixtape is coming soon! All are available for download at the websites below:
