Nasty Taste - is a Russian hardcore\metalcore band with female vocals.
Some music critics say that women shouldn’t sing hardcore songs, since their physique wouldn’t allow them to sing and scream like necessary for this genre. The group Nasty Taste, however, breaks the stereotype and proves that female screams and hardcore music go together as good as their male counterpart with this genre.
The band is constantly in search of something new and therefore always experimenting. Their music is sometimes described as Chaotic Hardcore.
The Group's music is strongly influenced by bands like Converge, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Otep, Walls of Jericho and Bring Me the Horizon. They have just recently recorded their debut demo and are working on their first Album which (presumably) is coming in winter 2008.
