1) Nightjar is an American rock band with country and Americana influences that is based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Playing a forceful sound of rock and alt-country often fueled by a three-guitar attack, Nightjar formed in Indianapolis in early 2007. Influenced by renegade country as well as classic rock styles, the band starting playing what quickly became known as ferocious live shows full of aggressive rock and soul.
There debut album, "Hometown Stranger", was released in March of 2010.

NightjaR being the nom-de-plume and smudged rainbow constellation of collaborative copy-and-paste sound-wrangling and hip-hop from Jimi Goodwin. Without social media. Without beyond-midnight transatlantic emails. Without finding the possibilities folded into Wi-Fi-routed claustrophobia, there would be no debut NightjaR album. But it’s here and it’s Mala Leche (Bad Milk).
