Biography
Starting in late 2010,Nightmare Castle began creating electronic-based noisescapes focusing mainly on feedback,prepared-guitar,and digital sounds. After two internet-only releases ("Psychpomp" & "Armageddon Blues") the focus changed to full-on HNW.
Gone were the musical instruments and amps and,in their place,heavily processed recordings of machinery,tools,and appliances were used to build lengthy,loud,unrelenting walls usually littered with samples taken from low-budget horror films. This new sound was officially debuted when Toxic Industries released "Demonolgy",Nightmare Castle's second official full-length on limited edition CDr.
With production now at full speed,several new HNW releases are currently pending with various noise labels.
