Nikki Michelle James (Born June 3, 1981, in Summit, New Jersey) is a Tony-Award winning American actress and singer.

James played Dorothy in the revival of The Wiz at La Jolla Playhouse and also starred in Romeo and Juliet and Caesar and Cleopatra at the Stratford Festival with Christopher Plummer. She is currently performing on Broadway in the new musical The Book of Mormon, for which she won the 2011 Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her role as Nabalungi.
