Also known as Sowell, Sowell Radics, Noel Tempo, or Diggles.
Noel Bailey was a foundation reggae roots guitarist, and was a part of groups such as The Roots Radics, Tempo & The Jet Sets and the Black Roots Players.
His first release was "Love And Affection" in 1969 produced by Roy Shirley.
Bailey's most well known work is likely on The Clash's Sandinista! album.
His 1981 song "All Nite Jammin'" (produced by Mikey Dread) became an underground hit in the UK when it was released.
Bailey has also worked with the likes of Dennis Brown, Jimmy Cliff, Fred Locks, Winston Jarrett, Sugar Minott, Gregory Isaacs, Tony Tuff and others.
In 2014 he was diagnosed with cancer and passed away on the 18th of July 2014.
