Formed by previous members of Deflower in 1999, Noir Fleurir was one of the iconic kote kei bands of the late 90s under the legendary Key Party label. On vocals was Teru, DEFLOWER's support vocalist, on guitar 可憐 (Karen), on bass and vocals KENGO, and on drums 草紙 (Soushi). Later on, Aliene Ma'riage's former guitarist Mast joined Noir Fleurir. Prior to joining DEFLOWER, Kengo and Soushi were both roadies for NéiL, another band under Key Party.

Their music incorporated a lot from Spanish music, often one could hear Olé being shouted by the members in some of their songs or lives. They certainly stood out the most among the list of Key Party bands. However, like the other bands of Key Party, Noir Fleurir disbanded in 2001.
