Biography
Oce, a.k.a. Kim Eriksen, is a Norwegian demoscene artist with both graphical and musical productions behind him. His musical productions (composed in trackers such as Fast Tracker) is most known, however. He composes everything from Reggae to Acid, although his speciality is progressive and hard-beating electronica, ranging from ordinary Techno to more exotic styles like Dub, Goa and his self-penned "Oce-style" comprised of weird blips and beeps. He is known for his vivid use of base drums and sinus bases accompanied by very catchy leads, often composed as small chip-style tunes.
Kim Eriksen is now involved in the Norwegian rap act Keem & Roma (a.k.a. Keem One feat. Roma, Keem One & Roma, Roma & Keem One) as well as Keem and Dekar (a.k.a. Dekar & Keem One) as Keem which can be enjoyed on the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation's Urørt website.
