Ghanaian artist who first came to fame through singing with Daddy Lumba. By 2006, he was arguably the most popular artist on the Ghanaian scene, winning Ghana Music Awards for artist, producer, and song of the year (for Otoolege) and repeating in 2007 (for Emmanuella). He won seven awards in one night at the 2006 VGMA awards, including 2005 Artist of the Year, and has a combined total of 17 Ghana Music Awards nominations, making him one of the highest nominated artists. In 2012 however, he said that music was "leaving him slowly" - he started his own church and reportedly moved to the United States in 2013.
