Biography
Otto von Walton is Nik Walton, with intermittent showings from guests such as Tim Walton, Karen Jarboe Singletary, and other vocalists. Otto von Walton mainly produces ambient, upbeat electronica tracks, though sometimes featuring electric or acoustic guitar. His debut full-length LP, "It's Not All Romantic," almost fully rides on the accoustic and synthetic fingertips of Nik, with some melodic additions from Tim's electric guitar that give the album the slightest rock and roll spin.
Most consider Otto von Walton's synths and ambient melodies to be heavily influenced by the likes of Moby, The Album Leaf, Casino Versus Japan, Zero 7, and other electronic artists.
