Biography:
Paledusk is a four piece band from Fukuoka, Japan, consisting of KAITO on vocals, DAIDAI and TSUBASA on guitars, and BOB on drums. The band has continued a rapid rise, signing with Australia’s Grayscale Records in 2020, EU and UK booking agency Avocado Bookings in 2021, and US label SharpTone Records in 2023, while appearing at numerous overseas festivals and live shows.

With the band being invited to perform at BLARE FEST, hosted by popular Japanese band coldrain, and the Across the Future tour sponsored by Crossfaith. The band is currently scheduled to perform during the Japan leg of Knotfest, the annual music festival of Slipknot.

In February 2020, Paledusk landed a special modeling contract for a fashion collaboration between the Japanese brand Keboz and the American sportswear brand Starter Black Label, which creates sportswear clothing for over 120 NCAA teams.

Their shockingly fast, roller coaster like sound has drawn widespread attention. While firmly embraced by metal and rock listeners, Paledusk’s unique stance and overwhelming presence have earned strong support across cultures beyond genre boundaries, including hardcore and hip hop, pushing the idea of the band sound into a new phase.

Guitarist DAIDAI’s creative work has also attracted major attention both in Japan and internationally. He participated as a producer on Bring Me The Horizon’s album POST HUMAN: NeX Gen, which reached number one on the iTunes Rock Albums chart and peaked at number three on the overall iTunes Albums chart. He composed and arranged Lil Uzi Vert’s “The End feat. BABYMETAL”, and co wrote and arranged three tracks with ONE OK ROCK on their album DETOX: “Puppets Can’t Control You”, “C.U.R.I.O.S.I.T.Y. feat. Paledusk and CHICO CARITO”, and “+Matter”. Through collaborations with numerous world class artists, Paledusk has earned both recognition and credibility.

In 2025, Paledusk will make their major label debut under avex’s A.S.A.B label. Their first single, “HUGs”, will serve as the opening theme for the TV anime Gachiakuta. They also accompanied ONE OK ROCK on their European arena tour as their support band.
In November 2025 they released their first album PALEDUSK.
They announced their first European solo tour for 2026 being supported by Knosis and others.
