Biography
Parameter was a short-lived British psychedelic folk band comprising Keith Barrett, Lionel Busby, Paul Fahy, and Tony Mortimer. At times sounding like Velvet Underground, Syd Barrett, Virgin Insanities, Ithica, Pip Proud and other outsider folk, the band released "Galactic Ramble" in 1971.
