Parvati Khan is an Indian pop singer, best known for "Jimmy Jimmy Jimmy Aaja", on the ''Disco Dancer" soundtrack.
"Jimmy Jimmy Jimmy Aaja" song: A Hindi / English song, composed by Lalji Pandey (aka Anjaan - lyrics) & Bappi Lahiri (music). The song first became famous when sung by Parvati Khan, for the 'Disco Dancer" Bollywood film (1982) & separately published soundtrack. Roughly translated, Aaja means come here, or come back.
A UK singer, M.I.A., reworked the song, on her "Kala" album (Aug 2007).
