The Child Prodigy…
Perry Mystique was born in Amsterdam on November 1st, 1983. Even though the doctors told his mother that Perry wouldn’t make it, he kept on breathing…..
As Perry got older and wiser he figured out life was not easy. At the age of 12 he started writing down his frustration. But he kept the things we wrote inside the room he was working with his best friend, Prince G.
When Perry turned 17 he wanted to get out there and show people what he was doing. The multi talented child prodigy signed his squad called GNM up for a talent showcase called Uptown. They won… Now they knew they had skillz fo real….
They signed up for the next showcase called Most Wanted… and again they won. Now MTV interviewed the squad. Their show was on MTV 'Chunk' for the whole summer. GNM had a lot of gigs after that, but Perry wanted to do so much more.
He wanted to try something new, but since the squad was not down for it Perry had no choice but 2 leave!
A new chapter and a new Perry were born when he started to roll solo. A new style was created and Perry also started to produce tracks for for other artists and started doing collabo’s with othe artists like:
• Negativ (3 tracks on Negativ’s album : Negativiteitperk)
• The new album of Loyalty records: Monopoly
• Darryl
• Lange Frans
• RMX crew, DJ Chucky
• The Opposites
• GIO
• Art Officials, Giorgio Tuinfort and the Beatkids
Now… if u look back to what Perry did in the last couple of years, u see pain, a lot of emcees who got slayed, victory, and a schoolboy that's still standing…
Right now Perry Mystique has the largest unsigned HYPE on the streets and a video ready to hob out of the closet called: Fire in the Hole!
Perry is about 2 take over with his incredible rhymes, high pitch voice and his incredible beats and productions. The kid is a Miracle: doing everything on his own. From the beats, to the writing, to the rapping, to the background vocals, back to the mixing…
