Biography
Petrikor is an experimental folkrock-band from Norway.
The seven-piece band inhabits their own rare sound of the rain flowing through soil. Lead singer Simen Ekeberg's lyrics has an existential dimension that gives depth and color to their melodic folk songs. With a fluidly organic sound layered by electric and acoustic gitars, trumpet, organ and Ekeberg's soulful voice the music creates an atmospheric room you want to visit again and again.
