Biography
Plate is an alternative metal band from Independence, Missouri. Formed as a revenge band after Negative Xero fell apart from the inside, the band consists of Xavier Newport (lead vocals) and Grayson DeLong (drums, lead songwriting).
The band's influences consist of Limp Bizkit, Faith No More, and Incubus.
