- Alternative-"horn rock" band from Nashville, TN, formed in 2023. https://point-taken-band.bandcamp.com/
- South Jersey Alternative band with melodic touches of indie and grunge rock. Formed in 2005 as the Triangle Theory, consisting of Micheal Pointkowski, James Tingle, and Dan Houwen, they released a short 2 track demo, before the band got remodeled. Joe Tingle came and left as rhythm guitarist, Mike left, Dan switched to guitar, and Frank Guzzo came in on bass. The band was renamed Point Taken out of spite for their former guitarist Micheal "Point"kowski. They have since released a 6 song demo, consisting of such hits as The Drink of Champions For Those Who Lose, and Tuesday Afternoon. They have recently hit off a short East Coast tour, and are acculmulating a fan base quicker than a roadrunner getting chased by a coyote.
