DETROIT HARDCORE FOREVER.
Poison Tongues was built upon the inspiration of bands throughout the 1990's. In that time and previous to that we believe some of the most revered hardcore music was born. We in PT are trying to bring our own brand of destructive Detroit style hardcore to the table with this project.
PT was born of band members that have come from such bands as EARTHMOVER, THE ALLIANCE, BALE, BKC, and WITHOUT WARNING. While some may be as not "known" as the others all have done their part to support a scene and city that in itself has evolved both good and band over the last 25 years.
To categorize POISON TONGUES you must only look at the hardest of the 1990's and beyond. Madball, Cold as Life, Negative Approach, Strife, Blood for Blood, and others have all been influences in the current writings which PT is playing now……
From this point PT will be touring relentlessly and supporting local Detroit and Michigan as a whole…..
