Pyhät Nuket was founded in Tampere, Finland as The HOLY DOLLS in the late autumn of 1983. Soon the band changed their name to Pyhät Nuket in Finland.
The former members were from Riistetyt and Kaaos. Rike, the leader of Bastards, joined to Pyhät Nuket in the beginning of 1984 and they re-recorded their album, which was at the moment released. They toured in USA in the summer 1984 with their second line-up "Riistetyt". They had 30 shows around the whole continent.
PN changed their name as "Nuket" after a couple of official albums, because a part of the band took another vocalist Calle from Kaaos and Poikkeustila.
The original vocalist Vivian recorded still 1986 mini-album with name "Holy Dolls". He has totally new line-up for the band with Epe from Kaaos and Poikkeustila.
So far two CD-albums are released now 2000's.
