1) Ranj (aka Ranjani Ramadoss) is a trained classical and contemporary style vocalist from India. She studied opera at the KM Music Conservatory in Chennai, her hometown. She is also a saxophone player. Her musical interests include neo-soul, jazz, carnatic, RnB, and progressive music. She is the vocalist for fusion band Kelvikkuri and neo-soul jazz-pop band Paula and the Associates. She is a Western voice teacher at Subramaniam academy of performing arts. She has a BA in Western music, psychology and English. She won the Toto Music Award in 2022.
1) Ranj is a band from Verona, Italy, founded in 2007. They play rock music where Indian talas on drums and ragas on basses and guitars, microtonal loops, metal attacks, dhrupad vocals are all mixed up.
