Raven Said – Occult Wave \ Goth Rock project. Flexible guitar sound, anxious sensual synths and hypnotic beats - an elegant synthesis mixed with post-goth aesthetics. A refined balance of pulsating dances and mystical ballads is shot through with themes of diving into the depths of the subconscious and attraction to the world beyond. An act of music and mystical symbolism across the spectrum of syncretic actuality.
Finely works details of the compositions, the musicians accumulate the energy of classic 80s goth rock, effectively adding the elements of post-punk and darkwave. Raven Said are creating an original and relevant sound, equally right as for the dance floors as for serious-minded musical listening.
The sources of inspiration for Raven Said are includes Rosetta Stone, Nosferatu, Witching Hour, Mephisto Walz, Clan of Xymox, as well as David Bowie, The Velvet Underground, The Cramps and much more.
