Real Estate is an indie rock band that formed in Ridgewood, New Jersey, United States in 2008. The band currently consists of Martin Courtney (vocals, guitar), Alex Bleeker (bass), Julian Lynch (guitar), Matt Kallman (keyboards), and Sammi Niss (drums). Former members include Matthew Mondanile (guitar), Etienne Pierre Duguay (drums), Jonah Maurer (keyboards), and Jackson Pollis (drums).
The band has released six albums since their formation: "Real Estate" (2009), "Days" (2011), "Atlas" (2014), "In Mind" (2017), "The Main Thing" (2020), and "Daniel" (2024).
