Core808 is proud to announce the signing of R.E.D. Sanction, a pop, hip hop trio from Detroit, Michigan, with the release of their EP “Think Everything R.E.D.”. The five song set includes the hit singles “Up In Here” and “Only One”. On March 1, 2011, “BF/GF (Boyfriend/Girlfriend) a new single will be released on iTunes.

Listeners around the world are quickly becoming fans of the R.E.D. Sanction groove. An eclectic blend of pop, hip hop, r&b and dance, makes their songs popular from the car to the club to the gym.

R.E.D. Sanction will be touring the U.S. in the spring and summer of 2011, with plans to visit Asia in early 2012. They will be joined by Core808 artists, Hugo Biggs, Keith Michael, Jada Starr and special guests.

Detroit native, Ronnie Powell, better known as Truth, is a musical tactician who speaks the language of life through melodies and beats. Truth’s dedication and work ethic that made him a star athlete in high school can be seen and heard in his work as a producer, songwriter, and artist. He began his career at the age of sixteen when he started writing songs for himself, and a few friends who were impressed by his work. By the age of nineteen, Truth began to realize that hip-hop itself would not gain him the worldwide notoriety that all artists hope to achieve. With that in mind, he began to expand his repertoire into other genres of music, and quickly became one of the most respected young producers in the industry. Soon, and because of Truth’s respect of his musical peers, he was tapped to be the host of hip-hop night at the historic St. Andrews Hall in Detroit. After gaining an understanding of the business side of the industry, Truth formed, R.E.D Sanction, a trio, with an exclusive sound, that is turning heads in the industry, and gaining fans worldwide.

Ashely Jeree Bradley, known simply as Jeree, is a multifaceted artist who expresses her emotions through unique verses of prose and hip-hop. Her journey began when she was 10 years old, after discovering she had a natural ability to bend words into a rhythm all her own. Growing up in Detroit, Michigan, Jeree understood the level determination required to continually improve her skills so that she may have an opportunity, such as the one R.E.D Sanction presents to her, to make it in the music business. She lists her musical influences as some of the biggest names in the industry including, Jay-Z, Michael Jackson, and Destiny’s Child.

Singer/songwriter Arienne Holland, known to her fans and friends as REN, was born and raised on Detroit’s West Side. The youngest of the trio, she first took the stage at the tender age of 6 as a trained dancer, and was instantly enamored with the spotlight. As a teenager, REN took advantage of every opportunity she had to perform, landing a variety of roles. Her parents were initially unaware of her musical prowess until she signed up for her first talent show - and won. REN is eager to share the vision of R.E.D.
