Richard Twice was an American pysch-rock duo comprising Richard Atkins and Richard Manning. Their eponymous 1970 debut, and only, album, features heavily reverbed woodwinds and out-of-focus plangent harmonies and minor chords. The album remains notable as the backing musicians were members of the legendary LA A-list session group, “The Wrecking Crew”, a 'supergroup' of musicians that included Drake Levin (Paul Revere & the Raiders), Don Galluci (The Kingsmen, Don & The Goodtimes, FUN HOUSE producer), Larry Knechtel (Simon & Garfunkel, Bread), Mark Tulin (The Electric Prunes), and Rusty Young (Poco).
