Rorschach.inc is an active visual kei band that belongs to the loud kei subgenre. The band was formed at the beginning of 2021 as a mysterious rabbit team, and during this period, they kept their identities hidden behind rabbit masks in their promotional photos.
The band members are known by numerical aliases. Rorshach #1 (Ichigou) serves as the vocalist, doing both clean and harsh vocals. Rorschach #3 (Sangou) is responsible for guitar and vocals. Rorschach #8 (Hachigou) plays bass, and Rorschach #7 (Nanagou) contributes to both bass and guitar. Lastly, Rorchach #2 (Nigou) takes on the role of the drummer.
On June 6, 2021, the band unveiled their faces, and some members were recognized from other bands. Vocalist #1 was formerly known as Yuuri (ゆーり) and had been part of IROKUI。 (イロクイ。) in the past. Guitarist and vocalist #3 is also associated with DIV, where he performs as Shogo (将吾). Drummer #2 is recognized as Mel and is involved with another band called GRIMOIRE.
Their debut single, "WATCH MEN," was released on June 11, 2021, followed by the second single, "Rorschach," released on September 15 of the same year. The band reached a significant milestone on December 4 when they held their first oneman event. On the same day, they released their next single, "MEKAUSAGI" (メカウサギ).
In 2022, Rorschach.inc launched the single "KEMURI" on February 4. Later that year, on June 11, Bassist #8 (Hachigou), also known as Chobi (ちょび) in the band DIV, joined Rorschach.inc as their bassist.
Continuing their musical journey, the band released the single "TOKYO Underground" in June and "USAGI" in September of the same year.
The year 2023 marked an important milestone for Rorschach.inc, as they released their debut album "Villain." Initially released digitally in February, the album was subsequently issued on CD in March. Following the album's release, the band continued their creative output with the single "AIR," which was launched in July 2023.
