“APT.” is a song recorded by New Zealand and South Korean singer ROSÉ and American singer Bruno Mars, released as the lead single from ROSÉ’s debut album, rosie. The song is Bruno’s second collab in 2024, following “Die With A Smile”. It is also ROSÉ's first solo single in three years, and first since departing YG Entertainment.

The song references the Korean drinking game 아파트 (meaning “Apartment”), with its chant being done in the song’s beginning and chorus. The game is played by doing the aforementioned chant and one player will say a random number to represent an apartment floor. Each hand on the bottom will go up until you reach the number said and the hand on top will have to take a shot.

The collaboration was then officially announced by both artists just a few moments later. Prior to the public’s first sighting of the duo, ROSÉ was known to be a fan of Bruno after attending one of his concerts held in Seoul and Los Angeles.

The duo experiments with a playful pop rock instrumental, accompanied by lovey lyrics that describe the desire for someone, inviting them for a wild time at the titular apartment (of which “APT.” is an abbreviation). ROSÉ and Bruno’s powerful vocals complement the fun groovy track.
