There are several artists that go by the name Rosewater:
1) An EBM band from Riga, Latvia
2) A post-hardcore band from Toronto, Canada

1) The bloodline of 1308EW83 started pulsing in Rīga, Latvia with the fadeout of alternative rock band Mary Jane, when two of its musicians split in 1998 and founded Rosewater - initially an industrial rock outfit, which gradually transcended live drums, clean vocals and traditional guitars by way of joining the Latvian industrial action, of which they are by far the best-known act. After some unofficial demos (e.g. No End 1999), in the end of 2000 they put forth their first full-wrought effort - Kursk (Sturmmandat 3), full of perfected and abrasive body industrial / harsh ebm dance floor hits. In 2004 Motor Medicine (Sturmmandat 12/Nagual 22) was released - a collection of recordings from years 2001-2003, which sees the band exercising a sort of IDM-approach in their impeccable industry. 2006 and it's time for Bloodcount (Sturmmandat 20) - a massive grinding tour de force, certainly the slowest and least easy-listenable album by RWR so far.

3) Born in a garage, Rosewater (stylized as rosewater) are a band from Austin, Texas who play an intense blend of emo and alternative music. Drawing on a variety of influences, they blend dynamic musicianship with focused songwriting to craft a voice that’s all their own. Their debut EP Asleep Under Everything sees the band thrashing against itself, eager to make an impression. Beneath the dark shine of the production, their music recalls the sort of loneliness and longing which usually seem to accompany late night or early morning. And on stage, they bring a level of noise and agression that can’t quite be captured anywhere else, each of them lost in the wash of sound.
4) rosewater are a five piece indie rock band, comprising of Cam Sewell, Finn Howard, Will Casey, Ava Carissimi, and Alex John, who have released 2 EPs and 3 singles since their debut release in July 2023. Their debut EP, 'Talk', was released on the 4th of August 2023, comprising single 'Teenage Vain' along with five other songs. Their second EP, 'The Current State', was released on the 19th of October 2024 comprising of single 'One Of A Kind' along with three other songs. The band released their third single, 'Wasting Your Time', on the 23rd of February 2025.
