Rubberoom was a four-piece hip-hop group based in Chicago, Illinois. Preferring heavy beats and industrial ambiance to the lighter sound of more commercial acts, Rubberoom defined a style that was was dark, harsh and intimidating. 1999's 'Architechnology' sees the quartet at the peak of their creativity, with sixteen angst-fueled tracks. Every cut is distinctive, with a different turntablist spinning wax on each.
