1)SRK - the popular and common abbreviation for Shahrukh Khan, major motion picture star of Bollywood, performer, and business magnate. Although, as many actors and actresses of Bollywood do, his songs in films are often voice-overs by noted singers, he is also known to be an impressive singer in his own right.
2) SRK is headquarters of one originally finnish religious society, which publishes their own music and church hymns. There are almost always many various artists performing in the same song so artist tag is simply SRK.
3) SRK was also a indie-metalrock band from Pirkkala, Finland. It was formed in the late 1980's by local teenage metalheads. SRK was known for its explosive live shows and lyrics that usually dealt with local happenings and people. The band recorded numerous C-cassette demos during it's existence.
To celebrate their 10th birthday the band gathered to re-record some of their better known songs for a compilation CD entitled "89-98".
The CD introduced the band to a whole new generation of youth and had a drastic effect the local music scene at the time of its release.
During its lifespan the band has achieved a cult following and is still popular amongst local youth in Pirkkala and people originating from there.
