Saad Lamjarred was born on April 7, 1985, in Rabat, Morocco. He is the son of Moroccan singer Bachir Abdou and actress Nezha Regragui. He enrolled at the National Conservatory of Music to pursue his passion for music. In 2007, he gained widespread recognition as one of the top contestants on the television program "SuperStar," finishing in second place. This marked the beginning of his artistic career. A year later, he participated in the Lebanese competition "Lamine Al Oughnia" with the song "Bahib Illi Bikraheni." He went on to record three songs, including "Aziz Ou Ghali," a duet with his father, Bachir Abdou.
