Sarah Polley, a Canadian native, made a name for herself early in life starring on the beloved TV show, 'The Road to Avonlea.' However, she later spoke out about how disillusioned she felt having started her career so early in life. Later on, Sarah became known for political activism after she was injured in a protest, as well as her penchant for selectively signing on for roles, strictly in Canadian films. She sang several tracks on the soundtrack to 'The Sweet Hereafter,' a suspenseful tale about a bus crash in a small Canadian mountain town. Sarah is most recognized by American audiences for her role in 'Dawn of the Dead.'
