Biography
Saw Gang bUZZ are a rock and roll band from Brighton UK. members: Robbie Hookins (aka Drummie the Robber)-drums, Sam Burgess(ex-The Mutts)-bass, Andy Warner-lead guitar and Chris Murtagh-guitar/vocals.
The band formed in September 2007 with the sole intention of writting and recording an exciting rock record.
Light and dark. Fast and slow. Hard and soft, an exploration into blending pieces of music that contradict and complements each other.
The simple idea of every song being a journey, some with the traditional beginning/middle/end, others with just beginnings and others just an ending, but all aiming to move from somewhere to elsewhere and maybe nowhere but still moving. Then again, they may just be f*ckin around!
Performing live shows from early 2008 they have played a number of Brighton contempories including Drookit Dogs, Who owns death TV, The Pursuit.
