Biography
Schickx is a Dutch spoken word/jazz ensemble. The group was founded in 1988 by Joris Schiks, Joost Schreuders, Ernst van der Bel and Henk Augustijn. They pioneered the use of computers in their music and the "Dutch alternative" or "Dutch theather music".
To date Schickx has produced three studio albums: "Hotel du Paradis" (1991), "Kino Calvados" (1997), and "de Zwarte" (2007).
