Sean O'Hagan (born 20 April 1959 in Luton, United Kingdom) is an Irish musician, songwriter, arranger and singer. He is best known as the founder member of Irish band Microdisney, his early 1990s stint in Stereolab and his central role as founder, musical leader and vocalist of his band The High Llamas.

O'Hagan was born in Luton, England, to Irish parents. He moved to Cork, Ireland, in his early teens. He released an album in 1990 entitled High Llamas, which was formally credited to O'Hagan, but is now widely regarded as the self-titled début of The High Llamas, since O'Hagan album recorded the album with the group of people that would become the band shortly thereafter.

Still active with The High Llamas, 2019 saw the release of a proper Sean O'Hagan solo album, credited exclusively to him: Radum Calls, Radum Calls.

Sean O'Hagan and The High Llamas are known to be influenced by the music of Brian Wilson and the post-1966 Beach Boys, Van Dyke Parks and Ennio Morricone.
