Continuation of the biography:

The viscous psychedelic mash of Shamayna originates from the end of the 2010s.
The guys famously mix doom, sludge and stoner, carry their strong philosophy and have a unique style closely related to their origin and existence.

Shamayna was formed in 2018 in the village of Siversky, Leningrad region, when guitarist Misha V., who had long ago resigned his powers and lost hope and dream of living with music, decides to jam with an old acquaintance at his studio in an even more distant backwater.
A smoky jam, another turned into the idea of finding a bass guitarist.
Nick responded to the call of provincial musicians, with whom, ironically, back in 2010, Misha had already tried to contact and assemble a gang, however, due to at least the strange behavior of the second, these contacts quickly stopped.
At the second jam, Misha quarrels with his old friend and the group, it would seem, falls apart before it has time to gather, but Nick offers the gang a gazebo at the edge of the forest by the river, where his private house is located.
Pasha joined the guys as the third. Having absolutely no experience in music as such, but having at the same time the gift of a true stoner rock 'n' roll player, with whom he has generously gifted guys all these years, he picks up the bass. In order to curb such a frisky rocker, Nick opens a training camp in the yard, where through pain, sweat and blood, the guys instill a love of discipline.
Jams from the gazebo move to the second floor of a private house, already equipped with Nick, where he shoots attempts to play with frozen fingers on camera and publishes a documentary "Cranberry Sludge".

In the summer of 2019, Shamayna (who still did not have a gang name at that time) gets tired of playing on diet amplifiers, and they decide to earn some money by putting fences in nearby villages. The musicians recall the period of torn calluses and burnt skin with a warm laugh, reviewing these events in the video "Men At Work 2019 the power of three".
Having earned a sufficient amount, the guys quickly part with it, getting used to serious amplifiers.
In the course of the formation of the gang, the musicians went through a bunch of names. Grenneck, Swampwood, Chaindawg, etc., but after a serious conversation with Pasha and his promise to tie up with the untethered life of a rock'n'roller, in exchange for agreeing to be called Shamayna, the guys stopped in their search.
The bassist did not keep his promises, but Shamayna was not given the back, changing the candidates for musicians and improving the feeling of jam in the Siver woods until the spring of 2021, when guitarist Misha S. joins the training camp.
It could rightfully be called a comeback, because the guitarists of the trio had already been played enough back in 2009. In the absence of a seasoned bass guitarist, Misha S. was offered to temporarily secure his low-frequency place, after which, after a while, Shamayna goes to storm the club slums of St. Petersburg.

The band's creativity is shrouded in a psychedelic veil, which hides introspection, dark nostalgia and digging into the past, as well as building on its basis an alternative future, no less depressing.
