Sharp Like Knives played aggressive, dance-punk music for three years. Based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Sharp Like Knives was Greg Boone, Mark Gillis, Paul Hammond, Matt Packman and Adam Seward. Musically inspired by such bands as Gang of Four, The Blood Brothers, The Rapture, and Radio 4, they blended punk rock attitude with drum-heavy, keyboard-driven, hand-clapping rhythms. They toured Canada twice, and released one full length album (No Pressure) and one 7inch single (Take Notes!).
Sharp Like Knives broke up in the fall of 2006.
