Sean Wentz aka ‘Sheepy Sean’ formally known as ‘Sheep’ is a Hackney born hip hop artist from Northampton UK.
Since setting up his independent records label ‘Blak Sheep Records’ back in 2011, Sean has gone on to be one of the most anticipated about Rapper/Producers in his region.
Once said to be ‘a rapper to watch out for in the near future’ by BBC Radio 1 DJ Zaine Lowe, Sean clearly has a hopeful future in the UK Hip Hop scene ahead of him.
In 2012 Sheepy Sean came to light with a preview of his track ‘Summer Love’ which featured Mia Seymour and Jay Orosz both of whom are signed to Blak Sheep Records.
In February 2012 Sean released the Dub Step single ‘I will F#@k u up!’ which we straight in at number 1 on the Channel AKA ringtone charts and stayed there for 7 months running.
In January 2012 Sheepy Sean formed the crew ‘Blak Sheep’ with members rnb singer Jay Orosz and Dub Step producer turned Hip Hop Rapper Shubz who are also signed as recording artists to blak sheep records.
In July 2012 Blak Sheep released a music video on Channel AKA called ‘we on this’, a track produced and hook written by Sheepy Sean.
Performing with such artists as ‘Mic Righteous, English Frank and Akala on Akala’s ‘Knowledge Is Power’ tour which was hosted Sheepy Sean himself, there is no doubt that in 2013 we are set to see more by this artists.
