Biography
Shiho Fujii, Atsuko Asahi, Ryo Nagamatsu and Yasuaki Iwata composed the music in Mario Kart 8 and rather than modernizing tracks from the previous games in the series, they went for an orchestral approach instead and thus made it the first Mario Kart game where all tracks have their own unique background music.
