Shoxrux is a popular Uzbek singer. He was born on January 31 (aquarius horoscope) in 1986 in the city of Tashkent (Uzbekistan). Full name - Shoxrux Shodmonov.

Shoxrux was born in a fairly ordinary family in the beautiful capital of sunny Uzbekistan. His father's name is Oktam Shodmonov, and the mother of Shohida Shodmonova. In addition to Shoxrux himself, his two brothers Farrukh and Khurshid were also brought up in the family. Ever since early childhood, Shoxrux showed an interest in music and at that period pleased his family with excellent vocal abilities. Singing for him was always something expensive and important, thanks to music, he could quietly surrender to all his senses and embark on a real flight of emotions.

It was she who allowed him to fully open up and understand what is really important in his life, what exactly he should connect himself with. True, after graduating from school he had to enroll in the Tashkent State Economic University. Everyone in the family understood that to begin with, the young Shohrukh needed to get a serious specialty, and then begin his own career in the music industry. Thus, he had to suspend creative activity for some time, but he didn’t want to completely forget the music, so he devoted all his free time to this work.

For the first time he felt the taste of real glory in 2004, when he held his first solo performance at a ceremony called “Tarona Show”, where the most significant figures in the Uzbek show business were awarded annually. That very year Shoxrux could get his first nomination “Breakthrough of the Year” and win, beating the rest of the ceremony participants.

A little later, he begins his creative career and people on the street are beginning to slowly recognize him. During this period, he is releasing his second single titled "Hayr Bevafo". After that, he decides to shoot a video for this song, which is later broadcast on the channel “Canal 30”.

His first debut studio album was released by Tarona Records in 2005 and was named Balandda. The album became very popular among young people and experienced commercial success in the country. The first three singles that were present in the album began to fall into the first places in the charts, and one of them was recognized as the best new direction in the music industry of Uzbekistan. After such a huge success, Shoxrux continued to release his songs and began to give a large number of solo concerts.

This is followed by his fruitful collaboration with many Uzbek artists, including the popular pop singer Shahzoda, with whom they released a song called “Qayt”. This composition caused a storm of emotions among young people and the song eventually managed to reach the first places in the Uzbek charts. After that, his second album, entitled “Bolaligim”, was released in 2006. This album includes the first song of the singer in Russian called "Floors". In 2007, he briefly suspended his career, and later broke into new hits. In 2014, Shoxrux released a new album called “Abadiya”.

In 2013, Shoxrux is married to beautiful Zlata. Today, they have a son and a daughter: Islam Shodmonova Shoxruxovich and Leyla Shodmonova Shoxruxovna.
