Sibel Egemen was born in 1958 in Ankara, Turkey. Sibel was grandchild of Muzaffer İlkar who was one of the famous composers of Turkish music. She started her professional music career in 1975 at the age of 17. Her biggest hit was "Hayret" released in 1976.
