There are multiple bands with the name Silt.
SILT is a French electro rock/metal band inspired by bands like Tool, Incubus or Pearl Jam. They are set to release their 1st album on September 28th 2008. Some demo songs are available here or on their Myspace: http://www.myspace.com/groupesilt.
Note: Do not mistake it with the rock band from Iceland named Botnleðja, sometimes translated as SILT (though it's not their official name).
(2) Like the peaceful aftermath of a nuclear explosion, in the dust clouds "SILT" has formed.
After the death/demise of Five Star Prison Cell and Die Smiling, where Five Star was the sonic intensity of the explosion itself: SILT is the dreamy, peaceful nothingness that comes when chaos finally comes to rest.
Debut Album Objects At Rest was released March 5, 2016.
